Over the past few months I've been watching a deposit provider called Pic-Club. So far it's been tested at a few Microgaming poker rooms but not until a few days ago did I hear any real big news about the deposit option.

The CEO of Pic-Club is saying 3 of the "Top 10" players (poker rooms) are going to be joining the use of this deposit method. We did a review of how Pic-club poker deposits work and I'm starting to think this idea might actually be a pretty good thing for the industry.

I was first contacted by a lawyer via a personal message at a poker forum I frequently visit who had been working with Pic-Club.  From looking at the site at first I was skeptical but the poster is a respected member of the forum so I did some more research into the company.

It turns out they are going to be heavily used by a lot of Microgaming sites.  Those who play on Microgaming already know they exclude 11 states from playing but are in fact US accepted.

The first trial run Microgaming did was at Eurolinx and I read a post by the CEO saying they were expanding to be used by another 45 rooms.  I'm assuming this meant Microgaming affiliated rooms when he said this.

The thing that really caught my eye was when he said 3 big poker sites in the US accepted poker world were going to be using this option.  The lawyers say it's UIGEA fool proof and legal so this could be very good for players who have no way to deposit.

I'll straight up admit, the way the poker deposit option runs is overwhelming at first.  You buy shares, trade them in, have to hold a certain percentage, then you can deposit into a poker site yada, yada, yada.  But after more research I did the easier it seemed.  I did a review of a real life example in case you're interested (see link above).

But anyways, I'll be watching this a little more closely now that some big players are getting involved.  You never know, this could be what everyone is looking for.  Oh yeah, the support team is awesome at Pic-Club from what I experienced.  Not like the epassporte poker deposit option where your get responses to your emails months later, if at all.
