A company with which it teamed up with to create the newest piece of technology in the poker world. Electronic Game Card Inc., a company that has products spread across the $200-billion gaming and lottery markets around the world, started seeking ways to expand the core technology of its product to other markets and commercial sectors. A natural choice was therefore the ever-expanding virtual and live poker industry, estimated to be worth around $5-billion at present.
Poker Winning Seats, which developed patent-protected systems of poker player interaction, has incorporated its technology with the Electronic Game Card to create the Poker Winning Seat Electronic GameCard . This unique card will allow all those involved in the poker industry – such as operators, players and tournament spectators – the chance to increase their winnings and gaming options through an exclusive product.
Essentially, this card enables players and spectators to have an additional interest in tournament players who make it to the final table, as well as a wide variety of other prizes for players, including entry into other tournaments, comps and cash prizes.
Paul Dransfield, of Poker Winning Seats Ltd said, “The poker industry believes that the Poker Winning Seat GameCard is an evolutionary step for the world of poker. The Poker Winning Seat GameCard creates extra excitement, drama and value to the global poker market.”
