| Youteller Email Attempts to Clarify False Claims The founder of Youteller, Florian Schweitzer, contacted Compatiblepoker.com about false claims by Egaming Review that said Youteller was falsely claiming to have been given approval by the FSA to operate as an ewallet. Instead of giving you guys my interpreted version of this I will let you read the direct email that Florian Schweitzer sent us when asked about the allegations eGaming Review made. There are also some quotes from eGaming Review's follow up news post after they spoke with Youteller about these matters.
Dear Roger,
It was just a mistake. We - Seed Capital Ltd. - are the owner of a 'Small E-Money Issuer Certificate'. The Oxford based 'Seed Capital (Publishing) Ltd.' may have an other authorisation, but the company that is listed as a Small E-Money Issuer on the FSA website is definitly our company based in
London .

Our contact person at the FSA: camilla.agard@fsa.gov.uk Camilla Agard Associate Authorisation Department +44 (0) 207 066 0356
Ms. Agard had communication with Johannes Knierzinger (YouTeller co-founder). You can find his name in our website's WHOIS records and our first press release as well.
If you need any further information please don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely, Florian Schweitzer

YouTeller is a Trademark of Seed Capital Ltd. We operate as a Small E-Money Issuer certified by the British Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Here are some quotes taken from Egaming Review after they talked to the FSA and Schweitzer about the claims.
"An FSA spokesperson has confirmed that it has granted a small e-money certificate to YouTeller, the registered trademark of Seed Capital Limited."
“The spokesperson went on to explain that the confusion arose because there is another Seed Capital Ltd to be found on the FSA register with the same name. The contact for this company is Oxford Technology Management, a firm which undertakes insurance mediation.”
“Schweitzer confirmed that his company intends to enter the US
gambling transaction market, but added that he had not told the FSA this information.”
