Full Service Ewallets for Poker
These services generally require verification and take a few days to get squared away. They are used by players who play a lot of online poker.
Usemywallet - Quicktender - Same thing as Ecocard. Deposits via credit card, moneygram, bank wire etc. with a 5% CC fee.
Pindebit - Used like a pre-paid debit card. Requires bank verification and can only be funded with bank account. Estimated set up time 5-7 days. Max $2,700 daily use.

Toggle Card - Fund virtual card via credit card and instantly deposit.
Rapid Transfer - Uses Moneygram type service for almost instant deposit and withdraws. Involves a 3rd party location for deposits and money pickups.

Western Union - Some poker sites are allowing this option along with Moneygram
American express poker - Only site to use this was Duplicate Poker but it has since been put on hold.
