Cardspike Fails on Promises to Affiliates

In the short time Cardspike was up, they managed to make false promises to dozens of big poker affiliates and essentially crash and burn their brand.
Not only that but it is rumored that a “watchdog site” called CAP and PAP were behind the scenes the whole time.
Word started spreading earlier this week that Cardspike was a rogue sham of a site. Truth be hold, people who marketed this site knew something shady was going on all along.
Initially even us at Compatiblepoker had big hopes for the site as we thought the people behind it were competent, respectful, and trustworthy people. Turns out they are nothing but greedy, greedy people.
Both affiliates and players are owed hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions at this point in time. False promises were made by CAP (casinoaffiliateprograms) which certified the site as a reputable brand. Shortly after is when the truth came out and the question arose, is CAP the one behind Cardspike? It didn’t take much to put two and two together.
Both people alleged to be behind this mastermind is Lou aka the Professor and Warren Jolly. Any negative posts that were put up on their poker affiliate site was immediately taken down, as if they were hiding something. Suddenly even moderators (including myself) were banned for uncovering false identies and the posters (owners) behind them.
It is now unclear if affiliates or players will ever see a dime of the money they are owed. Cardspike is on the Cakenetwork and apparently Cake is looking into the allegations. Hopefully all poker players and affiliate partners will be paid their money. As for Cardspike, they are not likely to ever succeed after such a monstrosity start to what could have been a very lucrative cardroom.
