DGS Poker Network Not Paying Players or Affiliates

Written by Matt W | Friday, December 21st, 2007

There has been some reports coming in over the last couple of weeks about “Dynamic Gaming Systems”, also known as DGS skipping out on paying affiliates and even worse their own players.

DGS is the network that supports poker rooms like Wingows and Jungle Poker along with 25 other skins.

The support team is no longer assisting players like they should be, and in some cases is refusing to answer the live chat feature or intentionally disconnecting the service. It is now being advised that players and affiliates take caution with the poker rooms on this network until such time that they stabilize.

Oddly enough, anyone who attempts to contact support is directed to one individual only and that would be “Steven” who appears to be the middle man and has no idea what is going on within the company but can only respond with “payments will be sent tomorrow.”

There appears to be no manager available when asked to speak to one or they are all in meetings.  What makes this interesting is, it’s not the skins that are in control of the money, it’s the network. DGS is responsible for making the payments to players not the poker rooms and thus far has stopped doing so.

The following is an email sent to a customer when a request was made as to his funds from Wingows Poker. This email was posted Dec.18th, 2007 and reads as follows;

“Dear Mr. xxxxx,

Thank you for contacting Wingows Poker, your inquiries are very important to us.  Regarding your question, due a problem between Wingows and DGS network, your funds has been placed on hold, and will be release when Wingows clear the problem with DGS.  For more information, please contact Wingows, at support@wingows.com and there support department can provide you all the details regarding the problem.

This is not the first letter, nor is it the first complaint we have come across today. Between chat logs that have been submitted to forums with the support making excuses and empty promises things are defiantly moving downhill quickly. Players and affiliates are not just complaining about Wingows, but the vast majority of the skins on this network where people no longer have access to their funds when asked.

We strongly recommend players proceed with caution to protect their funds and if you are able to withdraw, you do so till the network has been able to regain stability. So far there are 27 skins operating under Digital Gaming Systems including the following;

Jungle Poker, okusapoker, River Flop Poker, Ten Large Poker, Wingows Poker, Mypokersite.com OPTroom, Bubba’s Poker, Bigjuicyodds.com, Dolly Poker, Luckyhog.com, Livefortheflop, g2gpoker, z2hpoker, Kingfishpoker, qpoker, Panther Poker, Fullbet.com, Play Poker Plus, Butcher Poker,  Top Speed Poker and club222poker.
