Full Tilt Poker Gaining on Poker Stars

The two sites in a heated battle for the US market are Poker Stars and Full Tilt poker with Full Tilt trying to close the gap.
Full Tilt still has a long haul ahead before they catch up to Poker Stars in terms of player volume. In latest statistics according to Pokersitescout, Full Tilt Poker was still half the size of their competitor Poker Stars.
Averages are still ranging around 4000 active cash players for Full Tilt with Poker Stars more like 9,000. As you can see there is still a very large gap between the two.
Suprisingly enough despite Party poker losing over half of their market due to US law, they are still competing for the largest poker site online. Currently they are in second just below Poker Stars but above Full Tilt Poker.
In latest updates we saw Full Tilt makes changes to their table graphics and layouts. Their race track view seems to be a hit among players. Poker Stars also did some remodeling of their homepage. The homepage now has a crisper design instead of the large, cumbersome looking homepage they once had.
Word is now spreading that there is an online gambling site which will be opening up their own bank in Antigua . If this happens it is reported as being the first gambling site to do so. It is still unsure as to how this would help regarding the based financial transactions.
Both Poker Stars, Full Tilt, and Party poker (not US accepted) continue to take gambling transactions using Neteller. Word is spreading that this may cease sometime in February for those poker players in the .
