This may not get you banned if the site were indexed but it "may" not get you reincluded as they want affiliate sites to be squeaky clean. Just a thought as to why they might still be reluctant to re-include....I like the site though, nice and clean. On a side note, I submitted my reinclusion for GS last week so we shall see.
