Everyone seems to be panicking with new laws being passed and poker players want to know if their money is safe?
What has caused billions of losses on a poker corporate level is not expected to seep into the players pockets.
Multiple statements have been made by the larger poker corporations assuring players of their funds being safe.
Players continue to question whether it is safe or not to keep their money in Neteller, Firepay, and Moneybookers.
Neteller has issued statements saying they will continue business and that they are seeking further legal advice. They did say that while the bill will be passed sometime next week, their customers will have no problems withdrawing or receiving funds.
This wide spread panic is not needed say many poker rooms. Gaming sites like Party Poker still have packed tables but this is expected to change next week when President George Bush puts his John Hancock on the bill. At that point Party Poker will refund all money in player’s accounts and the Party will be over for the ex-Giant.
