It is Absolute-ly Poker for Trishelle Cannatella

A new sponsored pro has joined the Absolute Poker family, and poker fans will be pleased to see a new female face join the team. Trishelle Cannatella, who is probably most recognized as the “Real World” 2002 star, has starred in a number of other TV roles such as Fear Factor, Criminal Minds and others.
Trishelle revealed in an interview this week how she came about joining the world of professional poker, first by learning through a ‘Poker for Dummies’ set, and slowly advancing through live tournaments at Caesars Palace.
Her first stint at online poker came at Paradise Poker, when she wagered at $1 tournaments “all night long”.
Cannatella marveled at the fact that she managed to go from such low buy ins to playing against people that she only Knew from television, as the newest ambassador for Absolute Poker.
“I’m going to be playing on the site as “Trishelle_C,” she revealed, “and am going to do blogs, both video and written. I’ll be going to events like charity tournaments and Aruba. I also spent the whole summer in Las Vegas for the WSOP. I really love poker, so it’s exciting to be part of the site.”
Cannatella is pleased to start working with the other lady at Absolute Poker, Lacey Jones. “She’s gorgeous,” enthused the new ambassador. “I met her in Las Vegas. We have a lot of mutual friends and I’m excited to work with everyone. I’m also friends with some of the poker girls and I love Tiffany Michelle.”
Canatella also revealed in the interview that she asks Phil Laak for help on a regular basis and he directs her to the best sources.
Besides acting as the new representative for Absolute Poker, Trishelle Cannatella also finds time to delve into her second love – TV. “I took a little bit of a break after the Hulk Hogan wrestling show,” she said. “Now, I’m getting back into things. I auditioned with a new show that’s like “Curb Your Enthusiasm” meets “Sex and the City.” I’ve also been in talks with more reality television show producers.”
