Love ‘em or Hate ‘em – Most Popular Poker Players In a poll done by the poker forum, twoplustwo, the question was asked, “Do you like these poker players”. The forum members could then vote yes or no.
The names which we mention below are in order from most liked to least liked. In total 650 members voted at the time of this “rumors article”. Suprisingly enough, Mike Matusow, of Fulltiltpoker.com was highly liked among players.

So as you can see, Daniel Negreanu is the most liked poker pro in this poll. I’m sure if Phil Ivey or Eric Lindgren were in the poll they might have taken top position.
It was a little suprising to see that the majority of people did in fact like Mike Matusow. Maybe a lot of people sympathize with him losing so much online, I don’t know? You would think with him being such a controversial player it would have been more of a 50/50 vote.
On the most disliked end was Tom Franklin, the man known for his sleezy tactics to lure in women poker players, like Brandi Hawbaker. Also on the bottom we see Annie Duke. Her shrilling voice is definately not one to put in the announcers booth, yet she continues to be in advertisements and guest “announce” televised poker tournaments.
