US Facing Lock Poker Switches Networks

Lock Poker, the innovative online poker room that happily accepts players from the United States, said in a statement this week that it will be switching to the Merge Poker Network from next month. Until now, Lock Poker has been working off the Cake Network and said that the move to Merge is a “natural fit for us”.
The founder of Lock Poker, and also its Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Larson hailed the switch of networks as extremely important for the site and its future, calling Merge “aggressive, innovative and progressive in design and development.”
“They are also dedicated to allowing their partners to be authentic which is integral to the success of a network in the long-term,” said Larson.
It was important for Lock Poker to continue in its quest to provide US poker players with to quality games and services. The move also means that players will be able to find games such as Triple Draw and Badugi on the network, as a change from the regular poker offerings like Texas Hold ‘em.
Lock Poker hosts the Bluff Online Poker Challenge and has pros such as Eric “Rizen” Lynch acting as ambassadors. Lynch, who also happens to be the Vice President of Development for Lock Poker said: “I am very excited about the move to the Merge network and I will be working closely with them to further innovate Lock’s product.”
Although Lock Poker was only founded two years ago, the site has become synonymous with to poker entertainment with an original twist. Speaking about the new site to its network, the Chief Executive Officer of Merge, Anthony Talyor said: “We are thrilled to be working with such an innovative and experienced marketing group. This deal will bring even more liquidity to the network and aid our continued growth.”
