Vanessa Rousso In Girl On Girl

Vanessa Rousso has been in the news this year and she is a “girl”, therefore it was just a matter of time before she featured in Michele Lewis’ famous column – “Girl on Girl”. Michele has started this column during WSOP 2008 for Wicked Chops Poker (WCP) and had interviewed the hottest female poker pros about their poker lives and other lives.
Now this column has been taken over by Bluff Magazine and Vanessa’s interview will appear in the May issue. But Michele has been considerate towards the original benefactor and excerpts from the interview are on WCP.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue was obviously discussed. And thanks to that issue Michele said, “Vanessa Rousso isn’t just hot, she’s smokin’ hot, looks hot in a bikini…” Vanessa revealed in this interview that she found the bikini shoot very intimidating. She also added that she did not think that the pictures of a female poker pro in a bikini demeaned either the game of poker or her sponsors PokerStars. In fact her figuring in the Sports Illustrated issue was an acknowledgement of poker as a sport and that was something that the fraternity had been wanting all along.
WCP has attached the following tag line to Vanessa – “a woman, who went to Duke”. Are they making more fun of her being a woman or her having an education from Duke University? Anyway there was a lot of friendly banter on this issue.
Lewis: …do you think WCP are sexy pigs?
Rousso: WCP are the sexiest bunch of pigs I’ve ever seen!
Lewis: They will be flattered to learn that a hot chick from Duke called them sexy.
Rousso: Yes…I don’t know if Wicked Chops Poker knows this…but I went to Duke. 
Michele was impressed with Vanessa’s Duke degree and attributed her professional behavior to the Duke education. She then asked if Vanessa had a “wild and silly side” to which Vanessa replied, “Definitely. Just last week, I streaked through a casino yelling something about aggressive calling and going to Duke…did I mention that I went to Duke?”
Finally Michele veered to the question she asks all her interviewees. If the interviewees are single she asks them who is the hottest guy in poker and if the interviewees are married or in a relationship she asks them who is the second hottest guy. Michele asked Vanessa the second question. Vanessa gave the name of Patrik Antonius. She said, “He is very handsome–and his wife is drop dead gorgeous. When their baby grows up, they’ll probably use it to start some kind of superior race.” As for the hottest female in poker, Vanessa first said Shannon Elizabeth, but then disqualified her on account of being an actress. Finally she settled on Erica Schoenberg.
