When Will Neteller Release US Funds

The runaround at Neteller continues for its US customers. The Neteller support team continues to avoid the subject, “Is there a chance US customers will never get their funds”?
Here is a brief chat I had with the Neteller customer support. You might notice that while my questions change, his answers remain the same. To be honest I know the answers to these questions but just wanted to see what support was dishing out to US customers these days.
Nathan: Welcome to our live chat service. How may we help you?
Roger: Hi how are you
Nathan: Good thank you, what was your first pets name please?
Roger: XXX
Nathan: Thank you please continue.
Roger: I run an informational portal and just wanted to get caught up on a few questions
Roger: Is it true that the reason funds are not being issued is because the US Department of Justice is holding them for now?
Nathan: Right now NETELLER has no official statement as to that claim.
Roger: Ok, Neteller customers are also being told that they will receive funds in 6-8weeks. Is there a chance that in fact we might not get issued the funds at all?
Nathan: That is correct right now the time frame NETELLER is giving is 6-8 weeks.
Roger: But is there a chance customers might not get their funds?
Roger: Emphasis on “chance”?
Roger: Or are you 100% certain funds will be issued whether it be 6weeks or 5 years 
Nathan: Neteller is giving a time frame right now of 4-6 weeks for our clients to get there funds by EFT.
Roger: yes but you’re avoiding my question
Roger: Is there a chance that we might not get the funds indefinately or is Neteller 100% certain funds will be released…it’s just a matter of when?
Nathan: Neteller is stating the funds can go back to our clients through EFT in 4-6 weeks. I can not predict the might happen in the event that something that is not knowing happens.
Roger: Ha, ok I understand. Personally what do you think. 50/50?
Nathan: Right now the current time frame NETELLER is giving is 4-6 weeks for an EFT withdraw.
Roger: Ok, last question. Do you know what is physically causing the delays. Is it that banks won’t accept deposits from Neteller and if so what will be different in 4-6 weeks that will make the withdrawls go through? (I was hoping he would reference the DOJ)
Nathan: Sorry that is all the information I am able to provide. The updates section of our site is also a good resource for the current situation.
